We were amazed at how cheerful and helpful the staff was from Roshanda at the front desk, the sweet woman manning the kitchen, to the maintenance man and house cleaners. It was obvious they love working there because the service was top notch. Rooms were comfortable, fresh and clean couldn’t have been better. We look forward to staying there again when we’re back in town.
We were originally staying at another hotel, it was a disaster. Lily was able to get us in at midnight. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

We have stayed in Hilton hotels in many places and were very satisfied, but not in Bossier. We won't stay there again.
