Everything was great ! Kati at the front desk was awesome wonder personality and very helpful.
At check in I needed some room changes to accomadate my elderly mother. The manager and women at front desk worked hard to meet my request. They were polite and understanding. The hotel is spotless and rooms very comfortable. We may travel to the Augusta area again and will always stay at this hotel.
Hotel was in good shape room was clean, good location from highway. Downside Pillows Bring your own, not very comfortable.
