Again, when I made my reservation (second time in one month) I requested two adjoining rooms (one handicap for my 82 year old sister). Again, when I checked in, adjoining rooms were not available. Also, twice when my sister was attempting to shower, there was an insect in the shower. One time a cleaning lady came in and removed it. The second time, a cleaning lady removed it and sprayed an insecticide in the shower. Then when my sister tried to shower the floor was slippery. Fortunately, she did not fall! Smoking should not be allowed outside the front doors by guests or employees!
It was okay, breakfast served was good. The clerk on duty was helpful and accommodating.
I just want to say Stephanie and the manager at the time (I can't remember her name) were the Best and Sweetest people, they helped me with my issues at the time, Extremely helpful, friendly I will not forget them!
Great spot to stay and the kids LOVED the pool.
