The food was delicious! The complimentary cookies was a perfect snack after being in meetings all day! The staff were so friendly and the price was very reasonable. The water was good and hot! The A/C was nice and cold! This was a great experience!

Staff were all very happy and friendly, even let us grab some snacks from dining area after closed for diabetic husband. Easy to enter and get to rooms which were very clean.
Staff was extremely helpful and curious. Food was very good and plentiful, breakfast staff was very friendly, the eating area was clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has an indoor pool also.

We had stayed the week before in a neighboring hotel. The breakfast offering was a continental breakfast. It was fine, just nothing to write home about. However, the breakfast at Best Western Plus Midwest Inn and Suites has awesome. The selections were fantastic and everything was hot and ready. Jo was so hospitable. Other hotels need to clone her. Thanks for the great service during our short stay.
