No personalization, no complimentary water for silver member, bed sheets had blood stains on them, no side entrance, desperate need of updates. Would not recommend for the price we paid!

During my stay this Hilton was clean and staff was friendly, bartenders were great and great food. I would stay here again if I travel back in this area.
