I’d stay here a million times again, the experience was amazing. Staff knowledgeable, kind, beautiful welcoming smiles and very happy! Pool area was delightful, water temperature was perfect and the hotel had lots of amenities, plus the rooms were clean, beds comfortable and it was quiet!

From the first moment I made contact with hotel staff, everything associated with my stay here has been outstanding! I commented to a staff person, “I look forward to coming and staying here again”.
Nice hotel. Lady at the front desk provided exceptional customer service. Very friendly, genuine smile. She was a people person and it showed.
This stay was good. The rooms were clean, and the employees were friendly. Easy access from expressway. The River Grill restaurant has good food and friendly staff.

Alesha, Carlton and so many other staff that I can’t remember their names, were just wonderful. I was greeted with a smile at every turn. Even the manager was pleasantly engaging, along with the ice machine man. No issues with anything. Loved it.
The breakfast food was of poor quality, cold and not having the proper condiments handy. I did not appreciate getting charged $50 upon arrival for things YOU anticipate I’ll spend. It’s four days later and it still is not reimbursed to my account.
Friendly and professional service.
Not the best, but not the worst. I would have liked to be greeted by a bell hop, but instead I was the bell hop. There was no microwave in my room and very limited TV channels. On a positive note the hotel location was awesome. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping.
