Property is clean, rooms are well kept. Love the different dining options and drinks. We did not get to utilize the spa or pool but they looked great.

My daughter and I went to one of the on site restaurants so I could get a drink (we were not staying and made that clear) and were berated by the 20YO bartender after he ignored us for 20 minutes. $300+/night, no thank you.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Brandon ensured that our stay was memorable, magical and romantic! He upgraded our room and we celebrated our wedding anniversary with class and style. The incredible view was stunningly breathtaking! The staff ensured that all our needs were met and our hearts were filled with an enormous amount of joy! We will never forget Brandon for taking time out of his busy schedule to display such kindness and extra care! The breakfast buffet was amazing! The Omni Dallas Hotel Downtown was by far the best hotel we have ever stay in! Again, we appreciate Brandon who has such a wonderful kind heart and spirt. His smile is so infectious for making our wedding anniversary so special! We will definitely come again! Michael and Sissy Chambers.
