Check in was okay. Then the nightly noise started.people running up an down in various rooms.the cleanliness could have been much better. Cob webs in the corners that had not been dusted. Having to go to the front desk several times to get clean towels and wash clothes.the overall staff is not the best.you could always find them standing around d talking not being attentive to patrons. I feel this will be my last visit and I am a rewards member.
Horrible experience w central reservations Employees lovely Refrigerators (2 rooms) not cold (all the stored breast milk went bad).
Very clean, staff friendly, nice gym. Situated just off 695 so access was easy. Close to many good places to eat. Would definitely stay there again. For a $129 room, it was surprisingly good.
Toilet seat needs to be updated. Hard to control temperature.

The first night I stayed there, there were noisy people in the next room and it was very cold and it took a long time to get the heat to a comfortable temperature. The next two nights were much better.
As noted above, I was very pleased very clean, friendly hotel staff, breakfast tasty, room nice and warm in very cold weather. No problems at all, other than very minor thing. When got to room, TV wasn't working right, so I called front desk and someone from the staff came up and fixed it in about 10 minutes.
I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Toilet was very LOW. Bed was high, neither of which were negatives during my stay.
