"10. Loud beds very uncomfortable."

Not happy will not use agian beds uncomfortable. Kids slammed doors all night. Will never use agian beds.

I found out I’d paid almost double the amount my friends paid. The room was far from soundproof. Noise half the night. And then the room service was knocking on the door early in the morning even tho we had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. 😟 I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
