I arrived in Springfield late (10 PM) and was exhausted from a day of repeatedly delayed flights. The desk clerk (David) was friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean and smelled good. Breakfast the next morning was good. I will definitely stay there again when the need arises.
Room was clean and nice.
They helped so much when we were unexpectedly delayed. After checking out we had to come right back because of our flight and allowed a late check out. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.
