I made two reservations months in advance for my son‘s graduation. Shortly before staying there, I had fraud on my card and needed to get a new card number issued. When the hotel went to run the initial card about noon, of course it didn’t work anymore, but they promptly canceled both of my reservations! No phone call, no nothing. Imagine made just me when I found this out. It was graduation night and no rooms available in town. The desk clerk shared that one had been canceled online, but we had to go online to reserve it, which we were luckily able to do for my parents. Although the room had a stink to it and was ultra basic and rundown. We ended up driving almost 30 miles to lacrosse and getting a room there luckily. I won’t be staying at super eight anymore!
Room was okay.
We needed a good bed to sleep in. The mattress was awesome, we both slept well. The hallways were quiet, a big plus!
