The positives began with the happy staff that greeted us at the front desk. Though out our three night stay the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had ample outlets and charging ports. The hotel was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was better than I have had at other hotels. The bathroom spacious and comfortable. There was coffee available in the room. The bed was comfortable. Our next stay in a hotel will definitely be a Holiday Inn Express.

Greeted by friendly staff and made to feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They allowed us to check in early which was nice even though the hotel had been sold out the night before. It was a great location almost everywhere we needed to go for the weekend was 15 20 minutes away (we came into town for a wedding). Flew into Manchester airport so it was a quick drive from the airport to the hotel. Good breakfast and clean tables. The room was well kept and the bed super comfortable. Lovely Halloween decorations. Thanks so much for the stay!
