the hotel as a whole is showing its age, which the room prices reflect. the staff is wonderfully helpful and the location is central.
Overall, lighting in our room was a bit inadequate, functional updated shower curtains.breakfast options that accommodate persons who only desire perhaps just coffee and a bagel.
I needed to do a load of laundry. Nowhere in the hotel was there change for the machines. No ice in ice machines.Very land construction across from my room although it did stop before five pm.

our room was very good. The front desk staff, the bar staff,and the breakfast staff went out of their way to make us feel like valued customers. The only complaint I had was the absence of a way to change bills and appropriately tip the staff. At breakfast, someone was able to break a $20 so I could tip the waitress/hostess and chef who were great.
Staff was polite and helpful. Especially breakfast ladies.
Not bad but my room seems to have cigarettes smell in it.
