I definitely will stay again. The hotel was very nice and the staff was great. The front desk was amazing.
I had to chase ice down on even numbered floors where there was no ice or machine was broken. Police called due to fight break out on my floor. Whole floor smelled of pot. I had to request housekeeping even then they didn’t clean. They provided towels. Emptied trash a couple times and that is it. IHG is horrible.
This hotel is clean and has an extra mattress to sleep on. Convenient to my kid's college, etc.

The Holiday Inn was very pretty and clean. Also, front desk was really nice.
My family and I stayed here after visiting Williamsburg. Our hotel reservation was made very late in the day and I was so happy they could accommodate us. Cole at the front desk was very helpful during our late check in (10:30pm). The breakfast buffet at Burger Theory was a great deal and the food was delicious.
