Room was clean and staff was friendly and we really enjoyed our visit. Would stay there again.
This was probably my least favorite Hampton Inn. While the staff was very nice, I got to my room and discovered the bed was not made, food in the refrigerator and no soap (hand or body) in the bathroom. The room seemed ‘clean’ though. I had to leave for a conference and told the manager on duty as I was leaving, the situation. He said he would check it out. When I called later before I returned, he said it was all good now. I returned and the bed had been pulled up, but still no soap and someone’s food in refrigerator. It was so late I just let it go and slept on top of the bed. Very surprised by all of this as my stays are usually much better.

Noise from next door storage room began at 6am.

I stay at the Mansfield Hampton Inn frequently and I always look forward to checking in with the super friendly front desk staff and getting my clean room for a good nights sleep after a long day at work.
