I made my reservation through the national service, I was told we would have the handicap room. We did not get that room. Disappointed but the room we stayed in was good. We informed the manager that the tub was very slippery. She was going to take care of it. Also the security hole in the door was broken, stuffed with Kleenex. Otherwise we like staying there when we visit our daughter and hher family.
