We stayed here for the first time (family of 4). The room was fantastic, clean and the beds were so comfy! The room temp was perfect (we hate hot unbearable rooms). The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was great. All in all 10 out of 10 stars! ⭐️.

Given wrong type of room, so had to move but they corrected that. Curtains ripped, no bag for ice bucket then given one with perfume smell and too big. Pancake machine broken. Did like jacuzzi and TV, bed, etc. pool too cold and not too clean. Despite broken elevator to our 3rd floor room, rushed to check out despite having to wait for cart to be brought up by staff since we couldn't get it ourselves. Hotel not up to Holiday Inn standard.
I had a wonderful time. I was visiting from Pennsylvania and surprising my best friend who was visiting there from Boston and booked my room online. The girls at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. I had a great time in Michigan and will be visiting again soon. Very clean hotel.
Everything was great. The best breakfast buffet we have ever experienced!
