The staff at the actual hotel were very helpful when the Customer Service Department of Secure2BookOnline were not forthcoming about not being associated with the actual hotel, not listening to the information and dates needed for a room and hung up on me when sent a confirmation for the wrong dates within minutes of paying.
There was no soap in our room. The coffee at breakfast buffet was awful. Food was fair. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean. Everything was in good working order. We had no complaints and check out was quick.
