Beautiful facility. Well maintained. Folks at the front desk were outstanding in particular Deidra. She was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly.The general manager, Jen Watson, was outstanding in taking care of an issue that needed attention.

Outside the front door should be sitting benches near the ashtrays please! Lots of smokers in NC, smoking area is clean but no where to sit!

No carts available when we check in. We had a lot of luggage to get in, which is difficult for two 81 year old people. The representative made no attempt to locate a cart for us to use. I would have expected better service from a Hampton Inn.
