The hotel and our room was clean. The staff was polite and helpful. It was nice to have the free breakfast. Location was perfect and central to the subway or walking to all of our destinations.
The front desk personnel helped me with a problem. I left my backpack in car that took me to my cruise ship. They called the company who in turn called that driver and he returned my backpack with everything intact. I do not remember her name but she went way above what she had to. Thank you.
