From booking to checking out, our experience was great! The Customer Service Team went above and beyond to accommodate our other family members to stay on the same floor close the the two rooms I had booked. We made most of the amenities and enjoyed the pool, the driving range, the arcade, the restaurants, the escape room, bowling, saw a magic show and more! There was something for everyone and we all had a great time. We'd definitely come back again!

The entire hotel is clean and the staff are so accommodating and helpful! There is a good variety of dining, including Charlie’s Steak House that is top notch! Also, there is a large variety of activities for all ages! Definitely our favorite place to stay when in Reno!
