I enjoyed my clean, quiet and peaceful stay, I will stay there again next time I’m in Phoenix.

The absolute worst property for a “Best Western” brand 🤬.
Was charged 300 per night to include a third party source when the front office did not answer any calls from me several times to include the reservation desk There was never any room service for the four nights we were there We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and wash clothes The breakfast was very limited to a few items and the only thing to drink was water and coffee Absolutely horrible I will never stay there again and I will recommend to others to do the same I had to pay an additional 279.00 just to make a reservation due to the fact that no one answered the phone Absolutely ridiculous amount for a reservation I’m rating this at a zero It takes months to find a customer and seconds to lose one and I’m one right now !!

The pool was heated, clean and large. The spa was nice and hot but the jets did not work. I will stay here again.
