We met more of the staff that was very efficient. Overall our stay was great.
Very friendly staff, bed was comfortable. We would stay at this hotel next time we go to visit family.
When I checked in I was told that my online reservation was invalid and I would need to cancel it and book another. (I heard them mention this to several other guests during my stay, so it wasn’t anything I did wrong.) Staff very rude. Room condition unimpressive.
The service was terrible, I had a reservation with confirmation and was allowed to check in. Now am being denied a refund, so now I’m getting legal service.
