I stay here when I visit my family in des moines. It is close to them, close to grocery store ( close to airport, also, but I don't fly). It is my home away from home until I actually find a home in des moines. The staff are friendly, the room is comfortable and clean.

I checked in on Christmas Eve and inadvertently left my wallet at the counter. It was promptly returned to me by the desk staff. Such a blessing at Christmas time.
This is my second visit this month. .I have a new grandson here in des moines. I do wish the pool had been available, because I exercise in water.i also think the towel racks shoukd not be position over the toilet. Otherwise: great place, wonderful staff and if I'm not here in the near future it will be because I don't want to drive over the rockies in the wintertime!
