Good room clean. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful.
Our room was great. A tall toilet, walk in shower. Clean. We stayed in room 405. This was our second stay in this room. Bistro food is also excellent. Aubre at the front desk is very nice and kind.
This is my 4th time at this location and it is consistently a great place to stay!
I was disappointed that was wasn’t provided the same level of experience as a Bonvoy member as I’ll had in the past. I asked for a late check out and was told it was only available for Bonvoy members. I provided my member number from the app which was already on my confirmation receipt. Upon showing the information, I was then told I couldn’t have the 1pm check out because I didn’t have Elite status but I was given a 12:30pm check out (that’s confusing). No instructions were provided about the Internet connection and the instructions on the television didn’t match the experience. I had to go back to the front desk and I was then informed by the same person that checked me in of the workaround (type cnn.com) to activate the Wi Fi. I’ve stayed at several Marriott hotels loved the experience as a Bonvoy member. Regardless if I’m starting in one of your five star resorts or three star Courtyard, I would expect my experience as a member to be the same. I only stay at Marriott because of my membership however, I wasn’t happy with the check in experience at Courtyard. While the person was courtesy, there was a lot of missed opportunities.

Location was great and staff amazing!
Made the 15 hour drive from PA to Georgia for a wedding. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at this property.
