Very disappointed with this service no water all day, the phone was not connected and we found an spider in the bathtub.

Everyone was so nice to us. The lady at the Best Western in Catalina found us a room here. There were no vacancies in Catalina. The front desk clerks were patient. At 12:00 midnight the lobby was full of people needing rooms. All refugees from the Cody fire. The meals were delicious at the PJ's Cafe. A big thank you to the manager of the cafe. She was so kind to everyone. We asked for a pup hamburger paddy and one of her staff made us one for our dog. He could not eat his regular dog food because of the stress of being in a strange environment for four days. He ate that hamburger paddy and his dog food. That tail wag said thank you! The rooms were clean and well maintained. The room attendants were wonderful. The rooms were spotless. Thank you Best Western! We are telling everyone we know about how great the Best Western in Casa Adobes is!
Clean, comfy amenities. Offered free snacks, drinks.. had decent breakfast in the morning.
Have stayed here 3x. This time we could sure see a decline in upkeep.
