Check in Receptionest very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was immaculate ! Very enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was subpar at best cold eggs could not warm them up in the microwave breakfast server was extremely rude room had hairs in the shower better maintenance and upkeep shower head was Rusty shower curtain rod was Rusty towel rack was Rusty front desk staff very courteous the only bright spot.
Called the reservation line and looked at pictures all seemed fine. All areas were dirty rooms,bathrooms, lobby,windows and the breakfast area. Staff was not rude but were not friendly either. most never greeted or welcomed us. Woman in charge of putting out the breakfast out was very rude. She was sure to tell and show us the sign that breakfast did not start until 630am this was at 629am. I will admit that the young man working the over night shift was very nice.
The breakfast we offer here at Microtel is free! It is an extended continental breakfast that includes muffins, bagels, fruit, yogart, cereal, oatmeal, grits, and waffles.
Have plenty of space for bus or truck parking.

If I have to stay in greenville n.c this will where I would be staying.
The room was dirty. There was mold on the wall and mice droppings in the corner of the room beside the bed. I feel I at least need a partial refund. We did not sleep in the bed but on top of it.
The towel bars were covered in rust. The room smelled. We were out in a wheelchair accessible room and were not wheelchair dependent. The towels and sheets had stains on them. I do not recommend this hotel.
We booked non smoking room. The room smelled terrible, was not clean, had stains on the wall, there was no carpet. There were holes in the bathroom door and the wall. The staff was nice. They came down and looked at room, but they said hotel was filled so they could not move us to a new room. We have stayed in Microtels before, but none were bad like this one!
I stay frequently as I'm a patient at the Cancer Center across the street. Staff is very friendly and highly professional. Room is large and spotlessly clean. Also very quiet despite a large number of guests. The evening front desk staff is especially professional, know us when we come in and place us in the same room as much as possible.
Great location for getting to early morning appointment at hospital! Comfortable bed. Toilet is accessible.
