Staff was rude and did not have laundry facilities available. Laundry service gets pick up at 09:00 which is not good enough for guess that are attending soccer camp; no alternative was offered. What a nightmare, kids were exhausted and had to get other accommodations for the week.

Had plumbing issues and was moved immediately. Disappointed that there was no continental breakfast offered. Carpet had a oder after machine vacuumed.
I would give a score 8.
A memorable experience, I can't wait to visit again during football season.
Only one complaint. Fr we ordered two drinks each. We were charged 43.00. Sat we had the same two drinks. two tall pour Chardonnay and two Makers Manhatten’s. We were charged over $80 for the four drinks. When did wine go up to $18 for a glass of Chardonnay? How could the same four drinks Double overnight? Bill Robbe.
It’s nice to be greeted when you enter the lobby. Staff was very accommodating.
