Lots of safe parking, friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. Would highly recommend.
They couldn't find reservation even with confirmation number. Morning desk clerk fixed the problem and refunded me.
Staff were all very kind and took good care of our needs.

We were given the wrong exit number and spent 40 minutes getting to the hotel. No extra coffee for room and wrong direction to get back on highway.
