The night desk person was perfect and is every time I"m there.
My stay was very pleasant, all the staff were helpful, from answering questions, to supplying us with extra towels and getting us new room cards when ours stopped working every day. The building is older but nothing is in disrepair or broken…except for the pancake machine, but that’s such a small negative, it didn’t detract from the stay. Free hot breakfast, a five minute walk from a grocery story and a convenience store right across the street made this an excellent location. We stayed here for Lost Lands 2025 and while it was a 15 minute walk away from the shuttle pick up, it was only a $10 Lyft.
The girls at the desk were AMAZING! So professional, pleasant, helpful…. They gave me directions, map and suggestions on places to go! Definitely visit this hotel again!
Absolutely great place! Has to do with the girls at the front desk…. Absolutely the best! Definitely great at their job but also GREAT with customers! I will be coming back just because of them. Also hotel very clean. Nice rooms! They do a great job there!

There was visible dirt in both bathrooms, since I requested a new room due to the dirt. the second room wasn’t much better.
Sliding door broken in room but otherwise room was good … not happy with parking charge considering other places we have stayed in Columbus didn’t charge for that and no information provided that before checking in.
