Basically clean and neat BUT there were a dozen or so small flies in the bathroom sink and as I turned the water on to kill them a few got away and bother me. These were not common black houseflies. They also appeared to have flaps (almost heart shaped) and as small as a baby finger. The sheets were very wrinkled and it made me paranoid that it was because they weren’t changed but it could have been the material. The exterior was done over so the interior was not remodeled so it was a letdown. I booked on what I thought was direct with hotel but a $79 room added on $3; for taxes and fees and then charged me $11 for refund protection which I did not accept and didn’t select it by mistake. The Managee said it was Expedia but the name on my bill was a name not associated with the travel industry so I have to suspect wrongdoing.the Manager said it would have cost the $79 plus $8 tax if I booked with them directly, however I pointed out that I was under the impression I was on their site because there was no other name associated with the booking. I sensed a scam.
