The hotel itself is lovely.

Resort was fantastic! Lots of activities for the grandkids and adults!

Amazing facilities! Wonderful water park ! A bit crowded during this December weekend !

The Gaylord is absolutely amazing! The decorations and landscaping were more than I was anticipating. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed because the person booking my room ask if I would like a room with a view and I did not have a view. Overall, it was a wonderful 52nd anniversary get away for us.

The place is very nice, wonderful friendly atmosphere! Dining was divine.

The hotel is so magical with the beautiful Christmas decorations! Our view of the indoor gardens was incredible! Every single staff member we encountered was smiling, so friendly and helpful. Jon at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us and was so genuine and caring!

Our stay was great, we look forward to returning again soon.

Our room was excellent. We arrived early on Thursday and a room was ready for us. The bus staff brought our luggage to the room. We were pleased with the room staff attending to our room. The room was great. The little eateries on the Delta area were convenient. We had dinner at Ravoli (sp) one evening. When we asked for directions from staff in the complex all of them were friendly and eager to help giving directions. It was very pretty, peaceful and relaxing to just sit and watch the waterfalls. Overall we were pleased.

Employees were friendly. Housekeeping average. We lost a bag and it was returned. Wonderful Honest people. Thank you.

We recently visited for our 45th anniversary weekend and found this huge property perfectly maintained and run. Two things stand out in our experience. 1) We had dinner at Old Hickory. Our dinner was absolutely fabulous; the food delicious and the service impeccable! Our last anniversary was celebrated at BlackBerry Farm and Old Hickory at Opryland Resort was an equally divine experience. 2) We had ordered tickets to the Grand Old Opryland and we were having great difficulty getting a confirmation from gotickets.com The nicest young lady at the front desk sat with us and helped download the app, create a password, then secure our tickets. She was a wonderful support to these two weary and “not so tech savvy” older patrons! Thank you for employing bright and caring individuals! Dr. and Mrs. Sam Brewer.

We love walking through the gardens. We find something new each time. The staff is always helpful. We did have an issue with our bed on the first night, but it was taken care of easily and with no problem we were given a different room. We spoke with Erin in the lobby on our way out and we’re given a lot of interesting information. She was extremely helpful. We were even fortunate enough to meet one of the staff that work with the plants and she took the time to talk with us as well. This was our fourth stay here and we are never disappointed.

We were treated so wonderfully! From the valet staff to the front desk, even the room service treated us so professionally and yet personally. It didn’t matter if it was at a restaurant or shop, everyone gave us top notch service. We had six grandchildren, eight years old and less. The atrium gave them plenty to do and keep them busy, yet safe from wandering too much. I am handicapped and use a mobility scooter to get around. Movement was easy and I always had plenty of room to maneuver. Thank you Opryland Hotel for such a wonderful experience! 🤗.

Can’t think of a single complaint, the hotel is beautiful and every single employee was friendly, very helpful and pleasant. I would not change a thing!
