The Manager Jimmie Musson is awesome! When my room was accidentally given away, Jimmie got me into a "maintenance room" and got two portable A/C units to make it good. Great customer service by Jimmie, the maintenance man that worked OT to install A/C's, Emily at front desk and housekeeping to get a shower curtain!
EVERY employee was so kind and helpful. We were on a difficult trip for a family funeral. To have such kind employees helped. Terry greeted us late at night, Ray helped us in the morning and Stacy kindly helped us check out. Would stay here when back in Hannibal.

Not really the hotels fault but kids running rampage on the weekend I was there, got hit in the face enjoying the hot tub by a volleyball.

We were unable to use your motel because of a mixup. We tried to cancel but we're too late per your policy so you kept our money but provided us no service. We learned a hard lesson but we would appeal to you to consider a partial refund. Thank you! Dan 23 March reservation Hannibal MO.
Terry at the front desk was awesome. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We will stay again!
