Registry person fumbled on the phone so I had to repeat address and then credit information MULTIPLE times. Then the confirmation email was for ~$50 more than his quote. In the middle of me trying to rectify the discrepancy my bank alerted me that TWO charges had been made to my card: one for the original quote and another for the higher quote! I finally cancelled.

Our stay at Hampton Inn, Effingham, Illinois, was great. The hotel was clean. The staff was more than accommodating and we enjoyed our stay very much.
