All the staff were very friendly and kind. The shower didn’t have any hot water and the air conditioning unit had soaked the rug by the window.
While you are limited on options of where you can stay here, this was one of the worst places representing a Marriott. No Hot water for the whole trip, with no expected fix and/or accommodation for this. I felt bad for the girls working the desk since there were three wedding parties that booked for guest stay.
We were awakened at 1:30 am with a sudden very loud noise which continued for a good half hour coming from the mechanical room. The night clerk Informed me she had no key to the room and someone would check it in the morning. She said the hotel was sold out and could not move us. Not knowing if something was going to blow we felt very unsafe. The clerk was very indifferent and said, "o well, there is nothing I can do. I said call the manager, get someone to check it out to which she said the manager won't answer her phone. On check out the morning clerk was not informed of our experience and said she would refund the nights charge and canceled the next nights stay. The morning clerk upon hearing our room number said, "Oh, yes we've had that same problem before and had to refund the charges for other customers. It's the water heater!" The night was a disaster!

Good
We were in town for a horse show at the nearby university and chose to stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean and smelled fresh always. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Somehow Expedia has made it impossible to call and book directly with this hotel. All Google phone #s forward to Hotel Reservations, a 3rd party company. If you have AAA, or other discounts, they won't apply. The worst part, it's difficult to know that you're not speaking directly to The Courtyard and it's impossible to connect directly to the hotel.
