The vanity faucet leaking on the back wall causing tile to fall off and exposing mold. Very slow drainage in shower causing water backup. The paint work and caulking appeared to be applied by a 10 year old. Lawn appeared to have been mowed in weeks. Inadequate lighting in the stairwell leading to the 2nd floor. Same stairwell was found to be filthy during daylight. Even with a reservation, the air conditioning wasn't turned on with a room temp of approx. 80 degrees. No maid service for the 2nd day.(was told I needed to ask for said service). No ice bucket. The employees should take some English language courses if they are going to conduct business in America. I shouldn't need to ask the same questions three time to fully understand them. Broken and missing light lens, toilet paper missing the rod. Needless to say that I'll NEVER be back.
Very poor. No tissues. Toilet didn’t work properly.
