Me and my boyfriend stayed for my birthday on May 29th and Hayden made our experience amazing! He made us feel so welcome and made me feel special for my birthday! Also, me being clumsy like I am happened to spill all of my leftovers in the lobby area… when I went to the front desk to ask for towels Hayden was so kind and helped me not feel as embarrassed and even cleaned it up for me! He definitely gets 10 stars for customer service by me and my boyfriend! I have been in the service industry as a server or bartender for over 12 years now so that is VERY important to me when choosing where to go. I will definitely visit this hotel again due to Hayden and his kindness and customer service. Thanks again for making my birthday! Shelby and Kyle.
Room was clean and bed comfortable. Plenty of big fluffy towels. Beautiful historic hotel.
I elected to stay at the Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette overnight while I attended a family members funeral. Upon my return from the service, I was involved in a car crash a few feet from the hotel which sent me to the hospital for several hours before returning to the Marriott. Management was empathetic about my car crash experience and attended to ALL of my needs promptly, no hesitation and at full capacity. The staff definitely understands what it means to provide quality service to guests!
I elected to stay at the Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette overnight while I attended a family member's funeral. Had a wonderful stay with a terrific dinner. Great facility and easy parking.
The hotel and staff were great! We also enjoyed the great access to the civics center.
The saving grace to this hotel is that the staff was very friendly. The rooms are decent. Other than that, they will price gouge you on everything. Nothing is included. Our weekend stay was almost $500 and no free breakfast. Theirs is an eighteen dollar buffet. I've stayed in hotels for far less that included breakfast that was every bit as good as theirs. I wanted a Bloody Mary after breakfast as it was almost noon, but their bar where you could purchase a coffee and sweet roll, was closing at 11 am and their liquor license didn't start until noon. But the bar wouldn't open again until five pm. The downtown area is repressed, so there were homeless people camped out in the doorways of the bar and restaurant across the street and I didn't want to have to deal with them as I had my wife with me. Definitely not worth the money.
We had dinner and the food was great! Best pork chop I ever had!
Friendly staff that goes out of your way to make you feel at home. Beautiful accommodations.
We stayed Christmas night and had a wonderful stay! Brandon at the front desk was one of the most helpful and kind people we’ve met! We had some trouble with our room keys not working and he went above and beyond to help us and get it all sorted out. I highly recommend staying here!
There was one little xmas tree. Not decorated enough.
We enjoyed our stay. Aaron at the front desk was very accommodating with all of our questions. The hotel and room were spacious and VERY clean. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend the Marriott Pere Marquette in Peoria to our friends and stay there again!
Beautiful hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Was way more than I expected. Great location for the Civic Center. We had a great stay I don't know what else to say. It was beautiful.
