The cool thing about Genetti Hotel SureStay Collection by Best Western is that it offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, gym, pool, spa, and a restaurant.
I cannot say enough about the staff at the Genetti! They were warm and welcoming! Our room was clean and had great amenities. I look forward to coming back to see the renovations. I'm hoping they keep the charm!
Facility The 100 year old structure was filled with history and provided a lot of memorabilia to review. Room We had a King Suite and it was fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff The staff was very attentive and willing to assist in any way they could. Buffet We had a group of 80 people for a buffet dinner on Saturday evening in the Garden Room. The staff was great, as previously stated and the dessert merited a second trip to the dessert table.
Excellent location, very friendly staff, nice clean rooms and great breakfast!
The bar service was Bad Rooms need upgrading.
