I stayed at this hotel three years ago and had a pleasant experience; however, I couldn't say the same this time. Upon arrival, our reservation for a handicapped room with a shower was incorrect, so they changed us to a suitable handicapped room with a shower. Got to the room. it still wasn't handicapped. Rather than move again, they offered a shower chair, so we made do, though my 89 year old mother had difficulty raising her leg over the tub side. Realizing we had no washcloths, when we left I asked for the shower chair, washcloths and for the dirty bathroom floor to be mopped, telling them we will return in three hours. Upon return, the chair was there, the floor dirty and no washcloths. Went to get cloths, returned to a broken TV. Decided against watching the news and went to bed. The next morning, found out the shower was broken along with the coffee pot. Got the shower fixed. When we let them know of the TV and coffee pot, they said they would fix it before evening. Got back at the hotel that evening to only one bed having been made, dirty coffee cup still on the night stand, trash not emptied, dirty bathroom floor and no TV or coffee pot fix. Again, had to call for clean towels and washcloths. Upon leaving the next morning, couldn't get a receipt because. .you guessed it. .the printer was broken. The staff are very nice, just did not follow through with the things they could control. Can't wait for Holiday Inn Spark to take over and see what they can do.
I can only say I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it.
Comfortable, clean, Accommodating, professional, professional, helpful, lovely. Room available and it was lovely. They treated me really well and the accommodations were top notch. This hotel is a little bit older but don't let it fool you. It's nicer than most new hotels.

The guy who checked us in was super nice. But make sure when you make your reservation you can’t cancel it without a penalty of one night stay which is ridiculous. I’ve never seen such a rip off in all my stays if motels. Tried to cancel five days before arrival and that’s what I got. Thankfully surgery didn’t up being canceled I would have paid a 100 for nothing.
