I really liked your hotel but was very disappointed in the child seat on your toilet. Also I could not check my email because the WiFi for your building wasn’t fast enough.
Room needs some basic maintenance. Huge sticky spot on rug, paint needs touching up. Otherwise room and hotel were clean. Staff ok, didn't know a lot about arrangements.
I didn’t realize that it had like a small kitchen. After I found that out, I got some supplies and was able to relax and not have to worry about finding a place to eat. One of the staff whose name I believe is Kim, was particularly friendly and helpful. Went away from home, seeing somebody’s smiling face and willingness to help you, is very welcoming and reassuring.
Friendly and cheerful ladies at the front desk. Very accomodating. Very nice and comfortable room.I will definitely stay again.
