When I checked in the clerk spoke very poor English and didn't understand me and I couldn't understand him. I paid in advance for the room. I was charged an additional $100. I kept asking what it was for and all he said was security. I asked security for what and he answered security. Also this is the only hotel/motel I have stayed at that when I was taking a shower the water shut completely off as other guest would turn on water! When I checked out the clerk explained the security deposit would be refunded as soon as the room was cleaned and there was no damage. To bad the first clerk couldn't have state that. All he could say was security.
The checking/checkout was very smooth. Customer service excellent when we had a problem with the refrigerator. Pool was warm. Breakfast was very good.
The hotel offers a hot breakfast every day starting from 5:00AM to 9:00AM on weekdays and 6:30AM to 9:30AM on weekends.
