Had a great view. Loved the balcony. The room was well appointed. Plenty of elevators. Staff very helpful and friendly. In the center of everything. Overall great experience.
Since 2020 and the arrival of Covid, the hotel has eliminated many perks and the staff basically gives an impression of just doing their jobs. No welcome at registration, no smiles and an utterly useless conceirage who have no idea what they are doing.
