Door in first room would not lock. TV often badly pixelated. 3 types of bugs in bathroom. Water drips from ceiling air intake. Shampoo packet provided is so small you cannot lather up hair that is two inches long. Soap bar so small and hard it won’t lather. No coffee pot provided. Didn’t clean room 2nd day. Didn’t provide any amenities for 2nd day including clean towels. These had to be asked for at the office.
Terrible service. Wanted different room they told me maintenance guy must look at it first. So I just sit in chair and waited. Never again and they wouldn’t give me back my money to go to different hotel.
We had an incident occur while my stay there. The staff made sure that my dog was okay until someone could get there to retrieve her. I am very grateful for all their help and cooperation. Thanks! We will be back!
