This hotel attributed to our wonderful experience in NYC. We could walk to so many great places. We loved the service and the room was spacious and clean. The staff I’d friendly and helpful. This hotel has a warm, cozy feel. Already planning our next return.

Have stayed at the Beacon before and love the hotel. The customer service from the staff at my recent trip was exceptional! From an easy check in/out process to the friendly greetings upon every entry and exit. Will stay here again on my next trip to NYC.
We were impressed by the restrained, not overly lavish decor, the interesting art, the comfortable bed and the small kitchenette, as well as the swiftness of the elevator. Moreover the thermostat actually worked, which has not always been our experience. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, in one case, convinced we had stayed before, which we hadn't. Would definitely come back.
Love this hotel and stay here all the time. This time, my room smelled as if someone had been smoking in it. Housekeeping as always iswonderfful. Will make an effort to book direct though I thought I had. Tried logging in to site and must have redirected me.
We have stayed at Hotel Beacon on many occasions when visiting NYC. The hotel is well appointed, staff are extremely polite and helpful and the location couldn’t be better. Love the kitchenette for quick breakfasts before heading out for the day. Great gourmet grocery right across the street. Would highly recommend!
