Upon arrival, front desk attendant was welcoming and very accommodating. Room was very comfortable. location is convenient for area attractions.
The price for the rooms was quite expensive. The hotel rooms were clean, bathrooms renovated recently. Staff was excellent!
This was the second time I stayed here and look forward to going again! five stars.
Couldn’t have asked for better anything! Stuff was pleasant and helpful, Various food items available for purchase in the lobby and complementary coffee always available. Coffee bar in lobby available for breakfast! Nice food selections in Café lounge. Overall couldn’t have asked for more. My second time there and I’m sure I’ll be back! Shuttle available for Foxwoods. About 15 to 20 minutes to Mohegan Sun. Not a bad ride at all! We left with a smile on our face looking forward to our next return.

When we got our hotel key, it appeared they gave us a room that was occupied cause it was locked from the inside. They upgraded us free of charge to a room with a jacuzzi which was awsome. The bar lacked in alcohol due to a waiting delivery. It wasn't bad here. Just a couples ooppssss.
