From the time I arrived to the time I checked out, I was given nothing but the best of care and service. The check in was quick and easy, access to a luggage cart was provided by the front desk customer service rep. Our parking fee was waived because I was part of a bigger group. Nova, at the desk was very professional and courteous, cute too! The room was perfect for two. The bed was very comfortable and yes, I had a very nice view of the water front. The restaurant served a great (reasonable priced) breakfast. I have stayed here in the past and I will stay here again and again!
I would definitely stay there again. Rooms were comfortable and cool! I thought the accommodations were great!

From the beginning when I first arived, the front desk staff was very welcoming and personable. They made me feel present, not just a stranger checking in. The room was very nice, I had the marina view and enjoyed an evening of relaxation watching the boats come in and out of the marina. When I checked out the next morning the gentleman at the front desk even called me by name before I said anything. Again very personable and in my opinion the best of professionalizm. Thank you Holiday Inn and staff for a nice stay. I will definitely be coming back.

They charge for breakfast and parking and front desk service was slow my pillows had stains and blood on them.

Very clean hotel with happy staff. Restaurant staff is always smiling and they take care if your requests by serving great tasting food with great prices. We have stayed here many times and will come back soon.
