The Hard Rock is Awesome! Clean rooms, Clean hotel, Great food and accommodations.

Made to feel welcome by staff. Great view from balcony. Good food in restaurant. Will return again.

When me and my wife arrived we were greeted outside the front door. We received exceptional attention at the front desk check-in and the person who checked us in was very knowledgeable and had a perfect personality. We then went to our room which was amazing and memorable. We went to the gift shop and were greeted by Lynn, she was so helpful and wonderful in every way. She provided me and my wife that comfortable feeling where we were being treated like she known us for years. My wife kept commenting on how amazing Lynn was and we can’t wait to go back there. We then traveled to the bar where the bartender provided the very best service and the drinks were memorable. We loved our stay. We will be back soon! Thank you all for an amazing experience. A fun place to stay. Beautiful beach, excellent staff and lovely, clean rooms. Delicious food from the kitchen and live music makes this place a winner.

Staff at the hotel were all excellent.

Very poor customer service from the host in the restaurant for breakfast. Great waitress and good food. Poor customer service at check in and check out waited in line for several minutes with multiple staff at the front desk and was not even acknowledged. Finally a staff member came and assisted me at a separate counter. Manager assisted with check out, he was very uncaring and dismissive as regards to my simple requests. Still waiting to receive a satisfactory itemized receipt from the front desk. Very pleased with the valet service and housekeeping. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable which led to us leaving a day early just to get a good night sleep. I was celebrating my birthday with high expectations.

Everyone and everything about the hotel was excellent! We had a greatbstay, very clean, everyone was super friendly. Beautiful pools and ocean view. We will be back in June!

This hotel is by far the nicest place to stay in Florida. The staff is like one big happy family with one goal in mind and that is to make you feel like family also. From the moment you arrive you are made welcome and greeted with smiles everywhere you go. The hotel is also dog friendly and they truly mean that. They are constantly making sure the dogs have fresh water bowls wherever you go and plenty of healthy delicious treats. Most importantly, there is always pats on the head or hugs and kisses for the fur babies. Great food, great atmosphere, cleanest rooms and facilities and all done with the best attitudes ever. If you are planning a trip to the Daytona beach area, you owe it to yourself to book your reservation at Hard Rock Hotel. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
