We stayed at this hotel with my son’s basketball team. They messed up several people‘s rooms. We reserved two queen beds and they did not have them available even after confirming on the phone and online that we had reserved two queens. Also, the elevators quit working while we were there and we had to Carry our luggage down the stairs when we left although a kind hotel employee did help me with my suitcase, but it was inconvenient because we had to walk all the way down to the end of the hall to get to the lobby. The rooms themselves were nice. It was just the fact that they showed these rooms were available when they were not.
This was our second visit and we would stay again. Location is excellent and the staff great.
