The staff was warm, friendly, the room had ample room, great place to place two suitcases. The room was clean and the bed was firm yet comfortable. The black out blinds made it easy to sleep. Breakfast was one of the best I have had in my recent hotel stays. The breakfast staff was amazing keeping up with the demands of a the breakfast rush. The breakfast was great and everything tasted good. Check out was a breeze. I really enjoyed my stay.

Mechanical concerns ~ South Door, TV in room 102 has one channel. I do get concerned about reservations getting dropped and changed back. It's a good thing confirmations as sent to our emails. I will still stay loyal ~.

I've made multiple visits recently and have always received a warm welcome after a long drive. I trusted the staff with important outgoing mail, and they were also very helpful in confirming my IHG membership status, assisting with an upcoming reservation, and even addressing some medical concerns. This Holiday Inn was one of the most clean and tidy hotels I’ve ever stayed!
Everything inside the hotel was a 5/5 but car alarms were going off all night long, not only making it hard to sleep, but also making us worry that there might be thieves trying the doors of the cars to steal what they can.
