I usually stay here when I come to Dallas. I have never experienced such consistently inedible food. I ordered toast for breakfast I recieved plain untasted bread. When I sent it back I then got something that was spread with grease and cooked on a fry griddle. This hotel used to have a breakfast buffet and they should go back to that because I won’t be staying in an expensive Hilton Garden Inn with this level of food preparation.

We had a very good experience at the hotel. The room was clean and everything was working.
I stayed in a King Suite. This was the most spacious hotel room I have ever stayed in. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The staff assisted me with ordering an Uber, I’m new at using the app. I would stay there again.
The service was friendly the room and Libby clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious which was a plenty surprise! Breakfast was great and bar abd night with Sam as the bartender was an ending to a lively stay.

The hotel was very accommodating to our needs. We flew in early morning and needed a place to nap and change as we were attending a ceremony at noon. The staff was helpful and thoughtful. We even had breakfast in the restaurant and were pleased with the service and food we ordered.
